- Will it look like our brand?
- Add your website during setup and Daymark uses available details such as your name, logo and colours as a starting point. You can still change the template, colours and message before anything goes live.
- Do we have to update it every morning?
- No. Weather and snowfall stay current on their own. Staff only step in to change the look, add a guest message, or correct snowfall when the mountain looks different than the forecast.
- How do we get it on a lobby TV?
- Daymark gives you a display link. Open it in a browser on the connected screen or TV and use full-screen mode. No special hardware, app or extra box is required.
- What's included for free?
- Branded Instagram Stories are free, with a small Daymark watermark. A paid Daymark adds lobby displays, print, the full template library, promotions and watermark-free Story exports.
- Can we promote breakfast, rentals or events?
- Yes. Add a timely note when it is useful, and turn it off when it is not. Display and print can include a QR code; Stories use a short call to action instead.
- Is this the forecast for our mountain?
- You choose a supported ski destination, and Daymark shows conditions for that mountain rather than a generic town forecast. If your team knows the morning better, they can correct the snowfall before guests see it.
- Can we use it at more than one property?
- Not yet. Early access covers one business location. Multi-location management is coming soon.
- What happens after the first year?
- The early-access price is locked for the first year. After that, it renews at the regular rate of $69/month. You can cancel anytime.
