This describes what Daymark V1 actually collects and how it is used. It is not a claim that Daymark tracks guests or stores payment cards.

Forecasts

Daymark presents modeled weather forecast data. It is not an official resort operations report, avalanche bulletin, ski patrol report, observed snowfall measurement, or safety advisory. Mountain conditions can change rapidly. Rely on the resort and the relevant safety authorities for operational and safety decisions.

What Daymark collects

Daymark V1 collects the account email and password (the password is stored by Supabase, not in Daymark application tables), optional business name and destination, the destination type you choose at early-access signup (mountain/snow, surf, or other), company name, website URL, uploaded logos, destination and property photographs and other business media, brand colours, the selected destination snapshot, Daymark template and promotion settings, and feedback you choose to send.

What Daymark does not collect

Daymark does not collect guest names, guest emails, ski-pass data, location tracking of people, payment-card numbers, or an analytics profile of Display viewers. Public Display URLs use a strong token and do not include owner IDs, billing status, or account email.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate you, create and render your Daymark, cache forecasts, send transactional email, process subscriptions, and respond to feedback or support requests.

Processors

Authentication, database, and brand-asset storage are provided by Supabase. Billing is handled by Stripe. Transactional product email is sent with Resend. Weather forecasts are requested from Open-Meteo using the destination coordinates and elevation stored for your Daymark. Vercel provides privacy-focused page and performance analytics on account and marketing routes; public Display, print, and demo output routes are excluded. The application may keep basic server logs of errors needed to operate the service.

Retention

Account, company, destination, Daymark, subscription projection, uploaded media, and forecast-cache records are kept while the account exists. Server error logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service. Stripe retains its own billing records under Stripe’s policies.

Access and deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Company settings. Daymark first cancels any active subscription, then removes the account data and uploaded assets it controls, including logos and destination or property photographs. If self-service deletion fails, email team@godaymark.com from the address on the account.

Account deletion is permanent. An active subscription is canceled immediately and unused subscription time is not automatically refunded. Stripe may retain billing records it is legally required to keep.
